Although we primarily ship to Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, we can in fact ship to any country. Shipping rates will of course vary from country to country.

For Brunei, Malaysia, and Singapore, it will take between 1 - 3 business days. For Indonesia, it will take between 3 - 5 business days. For all other countries, it will take between 7 - 28 days for normal parcel post. Couriers will be faster but also more costly. However at the moment delivery to other than Singapore and Brunei requires the suppliers logistic readiness in those countries. 

Yes, all relevant products that require certification are certified and have a MAL License. In order to get a Malaysian Authorised License (MAL), the manufacturer has to comply with the Malaysian Guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). After getting a MAL number, the relevant products can be sold in the Malaysian market.

No, we do not and cannot guarantee that taking any of the health supplements can lead to a cure of any medical condition. Please consult your own medical Doctor for advice if you need additional clarity and assurances before taking any health supplements.

Yes you can. Just give a gap of 30 – 45 minutes in between. DND product is a supplement so it will not cause any side effect when taken with other products.

The postage rate to Brunei is expensive. Usually Brunei residents would just drop by our Miri outlet at Saberkas Commercial Centre, Miri. Else they would arrange for a runner to pick up the order and deliver.

It is advisable for you to allow for time interval of about 45 minutes -1 hour before and after taking the sacha inchi supplement.

• Recommended 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night can be taken before and after meals
• If there are no health problems:
• Recommended 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at night can be taken before and after meals

For pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, it is not recommended.

Sorry, no we don't provide C.O.D service. If someone is offering COD, then most likely it's a scammer marketing a fake DND product. 

If you are taking warfarin blood thinners, you should not take sacha inchi oil. Apart from warfarin, yes you can. However, it is always advisable to consult your doctor.
